Rawan is an interior architect dedicated to developing channels to access design. She joined the Art Dubai Group in 2015 as creative director of ‘Abwab’; a platform to empower design talent from the region, spokesperson for Dubai Design Week, and content manager for a number of ADG’s design initiatives including; Urban Commissions 2.0/3.0/4.0 judging for all, the Design Days Dubai 2016/2017 Public Programme, the Audi Innovation Award 2016/2017/2018, the UAEfocused exhibition ‘Wasl’ and was judge for the Van Cleef & Arpels Emergent Designer Prize 2017. Rawan is currently Creative Director of Dubai Design Week.
London born Suzanne Trocmé is an award-winning furniture designer, award-winning author, journalist, broadcaster, curator and educator who has worked internationally for over two decades. Curator of the London Design Festival in its burgeoning phase, Trocmé also contributed as the lead consultant to the inaugural Dubai Design Week. Having written for publications such as the New York Times, and Architectural Digest, Trocmé remains editor at large for Wallpaper* magazine, where she formerly held the position of architecture and design editor.
Hakim El Kadiri has been responsible for product development at Rado since 2011. His technical and marketing background and passion for the beautiful things in life, such as design, art and photography, inspired him to join the watchmaking industry. For Hakim, watchmaking is a field where the creation of beauty is ever present, merging innovation, design and technology.
