Hakim El Kadiri has been responsible for product development at Rado since 2011. His technical and marketing background and passion for the beautiful things in life, such as design, art and photography, inspired him to join the watchmaking industry. For Hakim, watchmaking is a field where the creation of beauty is ever present, merging innovation, design and technology.
Designer and entrepreneur
She begins her professional career in product design studios in Germany. In 2007 she founds her own studio. Inma collaborates with international companies such as IKEA and Zaozuo, and national companies such as Lladró and Marset. She complements her work with teaching and workshops in different national schools. In 2016, she received the AD prize for the designer of the year.

She has curated many exhibitions on design, industry and crafts, the design area of art fair Just Madrid (2010) and the industrial design area of the exhibition “Múltiplos de 5” for Pepe Cobo y Cia. She is involved in the Masters de Design and Innovation of IED Madrid (Jaime Hayón, Clive Van Heerden y MisherTraxler).

Following his childhood dream of becoming an inventor, Catalan-born Andreu Carulla founded his eponymous product design studio in 2006, becoming one of the most versatile design firms working in Spain today.
Constant exploration of materials, old-school techniques and contemporary processes hallmarks the studio’s projects, which include furniture, tableware, lighting, fashion, interiors and more.
Surrounded by an idyllic lake and an hour from Barcelona, a repurposed mill houses the designer’s studio and workshop, reflecting its Mediterranean approach to design.
