Pigeons are habitually adapted to live among men in various environmental conditions, causing problems to humans well-being as commonly found in public spaces and common areas of buildings in Thailand. Such problems have become more serious with the spreading of pathogens from the excretion from pigeons which negatively affects human’s health. Nowadays, the government and private sectors conduct a general management solution towards the interference problems from pigeons which is still not a sustainable approach. Consequently, the creation of this work, the Pigeon’s Condo, proposes an architectural design method tackling on the aspect of pigeon’s population control with enhanced sustainable quality of waterproof and biodegradable corrugated paper materials that promote a well-being and environmental friendly solution.
